Take a Break Larry. We can still reach our destination.

The first line of the news story off the AJC.com website said it all,

“Larry Munson, the legendary voice of University of Georgia football, suddenly retired Monday.”

I have grown up on hearing Larry calling the play by play action of Georgia Football. Now, I and the Bulldawg Nation face a future without Larry. Excuse me, I shed a tear or two over this announcement. Larry, we will miss you.

The beloved voice of the Georgia Bulldogs, Larry Munson had brain surgery on Friday. I have grown up listening to Larry calling Georgia football. I cannot envision Georgia football without Larry. Get well soon, Larry.
